Floor Stripping and Waxing

Floor stripping and waxing is the first step in maintaining a beautiful looking floor. Every floor is unique in its own way and needs to be treated as such. Over time floors will develop wax build up and scratches, plus begin to yellow and wear. The floor stripping process means the complete removal of all foreign matter from the flooring in a condition ready for refinishing. Stripping and waxing is the ultimate step in floor cleaning, the last resort when other methods of floor cleaning are unsatisfactory. When floor wax has deteriorated to a point where no other method will restore its appearance, then the stripping will remove old sealer, floor wax and ground-in soil from floors in preparation for resealing and applying new floor wax.

We specialize in the wax removal of resilient floors. We strip all wax and remove build up and discoloration. We strip all edges and corners and clean base boards. We neutralize/rinse and always check pH levels before we apply high quality sealer and wax.
